Returns & Refunds

You are entitled to return your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for returning an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the good delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Please note that if a package is refused by the customs after it has been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Conditions for returns :

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, or packages returned outside of the designated return process.

Returning Goods :

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For returns, please be advised that the address for shipping will be communicated to you during the return process. Depending on the nature of the goods and the location of our warehouses, the return address may vary. Rest assured, our Client Service team will provide you with the appropriate shipping information tailored to your specific return.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Refunds :

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. If the refund is not showing, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@felvoria.com

Canceling an Order :

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are automatically fulfilled and processed for shipment, and we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages :

Please ensure that your full address is entered correctly at checkout, as customer input errors may result in non-delivery of your good(s).

FELVORIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, FELVORIA will provide confirmation of delivery to the provided address, along with the date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for the customer to investigate. We remind customers to ensure accurate delivery addresses, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
